Dear Friends and Supporters,

As President of the board for Karen Collins Un-Teal There is a Cure, I would like to personally extend my thanks for your support over the past year. I, with the board of directors, know that our efforts to support ovarian cancer research projects are dependent on your generous and continued support. Throughout 2019, we held several wonderful events and reached out to the community through awareness campaigns to educate women and their families about ovarian cancer and to raise money for research. With your help, we donated $125,000 to the Mayo Clinic on December 9th, 2019.

Each year we work with the researchers at the Mayo Clinic to ensure the funds we donate are directed to the projects that will benefit women currently in treatment. This year we have directed the funds specifically to research that is centered on reoccurrence treatments. The reoccurrence rate for ovarian cancer is incredibly high, and I am proud that we are providing funds in this area of study that provides HOPE for the ovarian cancer patient.

The mission of “Un-Teal” is to provide hope for women and their families battling ovarian cancer through research, and the 2019 contribution brings our total donations to research projects to $565,000! Please consider joining us in our 2020 efforts as well as we continue on our path to a cure.
